Business Operations Director
Lee fulfils the role of Business Operations Director at Beacon Compliance.Lee joined in 2023 having supported Katie behind the scenes since the company established in 2018.Having not previously operated in the food industry, Lee has enjoyed witnessing the challenges of “behind the scenes” of a food production and manufacturing consultancy whilst managing the day to day operational function at Beacon Compliance. Lees skills and experiences from his former positions before joining has enabled him to bring a different perspective to the company.
Lee has spent most of his career working within Health and Social Care at multiple levels finally becoming an Assessor. His experience of managing people and teams in various settings, leading projects and implementing complex plans ensures that the administrative and day to day operations of the company run smoothly! His current role is varied and ranges from finance management to managing online platforms and customer onboarding to name but a few areas.He has a reasonable understanding of how the Food Industry works after spending 17 years with an EHO, so has managed to pick up terminology and systems that ensure he is able to understand how to navigate this role and the wider sector.
