Rachel is a Senior Technical Compliance Consultant at Beacon Compliance.Rachel has nearly 20 years’ experience in the food manufacturing industry covering a wide range of technical functions. She has extensive experience and expertise to ensure that products are safe, high-quality, and compliant with all regulatory standards.

Rachel’s career began as a QA Technologist at a Food Coatings company supplying Batters and Sprinkles for food products, Rachel then moved on to work in multiple other sectors within the Food Industry whilst developing into other roles such as Governance Technical Manager with a confectionary company.Rachel has experience within Chilled and Frozen Foods, Ready Meals, Bakeries, Gluten Free products, Desserts and Confectionary, to name a few. She has extensive Regulatory knowledge and a deep understanding of food safety standards and codes of practice, including: GFSI, SALSA and RSPO.Rachel’s attention to detail in relation to compliance and quality control systems as well as her ability to analyse regulatory requirements have served her well throughout her extensive career.
